At this current time there is open spaces for many different areas of
this project, pretty much anything you can think of really is the
perimeter, as long as it it resonates with the actual event in question.
Here
is a list of priorities that will need to be helped with before
meetings of organisation, co-ordination and finalisation can be
organised.
(the majority of these positions are for the youth only)
event
co-ordinators- these people will need to have communication and
co-operation skills, so that they can relay there movements with one
another and the administrators.
the musical warriors- There
will be music that reflects youth awareness, perception and community
issues, also there are plans to give the local community
musicans(musical warriors) a chance to perform and be on the sidelines
cheering the walkers on with there music.
checkpoint keepers-
There will be several stop off points where they will have nessesary
facillities such as water, a box to keep the filled out questionairs in
and maybe also a whiteboard upon which the topic that ethier the
musical warrior or the speaker is bringing into question will be so
that as people pass by they can write there view.

development team!- A part of the participation will involve filling out
point of view sheets, which will most probably be multiple choice, so
that it maintains convenience, how many different sheets, and as to the
topics they will be up for discussion beforehand, Also a participation
agreement form and the acceptance of responsibilites in attending the
youth rally and a peace and harmoney vow.
walk planners- The
particular route must still be finalised and also the placements of the
checkpoints and finish lines also come into question, a map must be
aquired and also a legend detailing all of the events and movements.
advertisement-
If we are to be given the grant alone, we will have around five
thousand dollars to use, although this is for the whole event, it is
possible that we may be able to secure more funds, if there are
3rdparties that want to be involved.
youth and group
arbitrators, level headers- These are the people amoungst the fray, who
are strong in resolve and believe that they have what it take to solve
disputes and come to benifical conclusions in times of confusion or
difficulty, to be able to keep a steady mind in times of heavy lifting
is nessesary.
events administration- These are the ones who will
be behind all parts of the rally, making sure schedual is being kept
and the checklist is completed
program organisers- These people
will co-ordinate and communicate with the administrators will be in
control of the final arangements of the youth rally
Worker
beez- people that are willing to help with the set up of the areas also
an labour and with the mantaining of the stage areas and other areas
that may need to be watched.
Youth reps- These people will be
the ones who represent the youth rally, who deal with any enquiries,
complaints or any other communications not directly invovled with the
youth rally, they will need to be well informed.
Rally promoters- the youth must know that this is for them, made by them and is about them, who better to rep it.
